Lucky4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing all users' use of the lucky4d platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the lucky4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use lucky4d's services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services via web browser, mobile app, or any other device. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of lucky4d services, you are required to register an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. lucky4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. lucky4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a lucky4d user, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using this platform. You may not use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to other users.
Strictly prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or use the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the platform's gaming, payment, or bonus systems
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it
- Distributing harmful or false content, or content that infringes the rights of others
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Conducting any money laundering activities through the platform
Lucky4d reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the accounts involved.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on lucky4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, online banking, and valid credit or debit cards.
Lucky4d does not directly store users' credit or debit card information. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors that comply with industry security standards. Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into the platform are legitimately their own.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time. Any winnings obtained through suspected fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms may be voided and will not be paid out. lucky4d reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until all identity verification requirements have been met.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Lucky4d provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or malware. lucky4d is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from an inability to access the platform.
Lucky4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any part of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- A request has been made by a competent authority
- Account inactive for a period as defined by platform policy
Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited by lucky4d. For accounts closed at the user's own request with no breach involved, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the lucky4d platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of lucky4d or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any such content is prohibited.
The lucky4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that lucky4d endorses or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of every site they visit.
Lucky4d reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
